You'll be responsible for driving learning and development initiatives, including tracking results and managing knowledge across the organisation.
What you'll do:
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey within our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional classroom learning, as you will also be expected to create innovative virtual learning and development tools. You will drive these initiatives forward, ensuring their effectiveness by diligently following up on results. Furthermore, you will be tasked with managing knowledge across the organisation, making sure that information is both accessible and beneficial. Reporting directly to the HR&GA Manager, you will also have one subordinate under your guidance.
- Setting up the Learning & Development journey for the organisation
- Initiating various forms of learning, including classroom and virtual learning tools
- Driving Learning & Development initiatives across the organisation
- Following up on the results of these initiatives to ensure effectiveness
- Managing knowledge within the organisation to ensure information is accessible and useful
- Reporting directly to the HR&GA Manager while managing one subordinate
