What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the human resource development function within our organisation. You will collaborate with different departments to identify their unique training needs, develop tailored strategies, and deliver effective learning solutions.   • Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organisation
  • Develop comprehensive training programs, initiatives, and strategies that align with organisational goals
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning interventions
  • Implement effective evaluation methods to assess the impact of training programs
  • Identify high-potential employees and create talent development plans
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop performance management systems and processes
  • Develop and manage the HRD budget, including forecasting costs for training programs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in similar roles.
