Our client is seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Manager to lead their Commercial Retail Education Strategy. This role offers the opportunity to develop, implement, and execute comprehensive education strategies for various retail teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing digital training across Thailand, tracking online/virtual education uptake, and supporting stakeholders with key enablers.

What you'll do:

As a Learning and Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and implementation of the Commercial Retail Education Strategy. You will work closely with various retail teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in delivering digital training across Thailand, following global/regional curriculums. You will also play a pivotal role in tracking and measuring the uptake of online/virtual education materials. Your ability to support stakeholders with key enablers will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will facilitate CRM Education for store teams, working collaboratively with Consumer Marketing Leads. Your organisational skills will come into play as you drive a Corporate view of Brand Education calendar for planning purposes. Furthermore, you will assist where applicable with Leadership Task Force Projects.

  • Support all relevant stakeholders with access to key enablers.
  • Facilitate CRM Education for store Teams in collaboration with Consumer Marketing Leads.

  • Support stores with regard to Workforce Management tools.
  • Assist where applicable with Leadership Task Force Projects.
  • Manage and enable Retail on the Move (ROTM) access at a local level.
  • Support the National Sales Manager in all Commercial Retail reviews.
