What you'll do:

As the Learning and Development Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's ongoing transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement a robust training roadmap that aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives. You will engage with external vendors, comparing their offerings and facilitating effective training sessions that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Additionally, you will create bespoke functional training programmes as needed, ensuring that all areas of the business are supported in their learning and development needs. A key aspect of your role will involve managing relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring their needs are met while also contributing to the wider organisational goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic FMCG environment.

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive training roadmap based on established frameworks

You approach your work with a hands-on attitude, ready to tackle problems head-on and make decisions that drive progress. As this role is based in Bangkok, Thai nationality is required.

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development within manufacturing or FMCG sectors
  • Ability to design and implement effective training roadmaps
  • Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organisation
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Thai nationality
