Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design training roadmaps, support global HR projects, and act as a HR Business Partner for the commercial division.

What you'll do:

As a L&D Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing training roadmaps that primarily support the sales division. You will also serve as a key trainer, delivering engaging and effective training sessions. In addition, you will provide crucial support for global HR projects, including project training and culture building initiatives. As a HR Business Partner for the commercial division, you will offer strategic advice and support to ensure business objectives are met. Furthermore, you will manage one subordinate, guiding them towards professional growth within the organisation.

  • Designing comprehensive training roadmaps to support the sales division
  • Delivering high-quality training sessions as a key trainer
  • Supporting global HR projects, including project training and culture building initiatives
  • Serving as a HR Business Partner for the commercial division, providing strategic advice and support
  • Managing one subordinate, ensuring their professional development and success within the organisation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager role brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources Management or a related field. You possess strong knowledge of Learning & Development strategies and practices, enabling you to design comprehensive training roadmaps tailored to specific business needs. Your experience supporting global HR projects will be invaluable in this role. Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation. Additionally, your proven track record in managing subordinates effectively will ensure your success in this role.

  • Proven experience L&D startegies in FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of Learning & Development strategies and practices and able to design comprehensive training roadmaps tailored to specific business needs
  • Experience supporting global HR projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Good command in English due to global company
  • Thai Nationality due to local based
