This pivotal role will drive employee growth and development initiatives across all levels of the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Development Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your primary focus will be on driving employee growth through the creation and implementation of effective training programs. You will also be instrumental in identifying key talent within the organisation and developing robust succession plans. Your expertise in performance management will ensure that all employees are supported in achieving their goals. Furthermore, your ability to design career development frameworks will provide clear pathways for advancement within the organisation. Your role will also involve fostering a positive work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify key talent and create succession plans
  • Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
  • Design and implement career development frameworks providing employees with clear pathways for growth within the organisation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Development Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources with a particular focus on talent development. You possess a strong understanding of learning principles, best practices, and industry trends. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation. You have proven project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
  • Over 10 years of experience in human resources focusing on talent development and organisational development
  • Strong understanding of learning and development principles, best practices, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven project management abilities managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to go to upcountry in Thailand
  • Thai nationality
