About the L&D Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the entire learning and development part and work closely with HR director. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.
Identify learning needs and design training programs mainly focusing in soft skill, yearly training roadmap aligned with company goals
Manage and conduct training sessions and workshops
Utilise learning management systems to track program effectiveness
Create assessment methods to measure training impact
Analyse feedback and metrics for program improvement
Manage the L&D budget for cost-effective solutions
Design and implement employee engagement program
Be a trainer if needed
Other tasks assigned by your supervisor
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
At least five years of experiences in L&D in hospitality or any related field
Strong communication ,coordination skills with high standard of service
Ability to work with team
Active, supportive, hands on
Good command in English
Thai Nationality only
