Our client is seeking a dedicated HRIS Assistant Manager to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making within the HR function. You will be instrumental in collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

What you'll do:

As an HRIS Assistant Manager your role will be pivotal in supporting data-driven decision-making within the organisation. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital strategies that enhance HR operations. This includes leading the development and deployment of digital HR tools such as HRIS and self-service portals. Your strong project management skills will ensure these projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee’s self-service queries
  • Respond to HR queries from employees and provide guidance on systems and processes
  • Optimise administrative processes by providing guidance to employees
  • Produce accurate, reliable, and timely reports within deadlines
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS database and related systems
  • Preserve data accuracy while reporting from multiple disparate systems
  • Maintain data privacy and security policies ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collect and analyse HR data from various sources ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights
  • Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support HR initiatives

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who brings proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role with expertise in HR data analysis. You should have an in-depth understanding of HR processes along with strong digital skills, particularly with Office 365. Your proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI will be crucial in this role. Familiarity with HRIS systems and statistical analysis techniques is also required. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field are essential. Experience in leading digital projects and strong project management skills are also key for this role.

  • Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role with expertise in HR data analysis
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes & Digital Skill (Office 365)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and statistical analysis techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; HR certifications or additional training is a plus.
  • Experience in leading digital projects.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with data privacy and security regulations
  • Thai Nationality due to local based
  • Good command in English
