HR Division Manager

You will align HR practices with production goals, ensure full compliance with Thai Labour Law, and enhance employee engagement through effective welfare and facility management. This role is key to driving HR strategies that support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with long-term business goals
  • Lead workforce planning and recruitment to support production needs
  • Oversee payroll processes, including overtime, incentives, and social security
  • Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with Thai Labour Law and handle audit documentation
  • Drive CSR initiatives and maintain strong relationships with local communities and authorities
  • Oversee licenses and ensure all permits are up to date
  • Manage facilities, including preventive maintenance, vendors, and workplace services
  • Implement and monitor security systems and risk management measures

Key Requirements

  • At least 10 years of HR and administrative experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong experience in end-to-end HR management and workforce planning
  • Solid knowledge of Thai Labour Law and compliance requirements
  • Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven mindset
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
