A leading FMCG organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its workforce. This opportunity offers you the chance to build and drive HR strategic intent, directly supporting business strategy through nurturing human capabilities.

What you'll do:

  • Define, lead, and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the organisation’s vision, priorities, objectives, and activities.
  • Develop detailed HR business plans, budgets, policies, processes, and procedures to ensure operational excellence across all functions.
  • Lead the HR function in implementing and managing policies that comply with both corporate standards and Thai labour law requirements.
  • Coach Factory HR Managers to resolve employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Design and develop robust talent management systems and pipelines, including succession planning to secure future organisational success.
  • Provide guidance to drive organisational development initiatives that support talent planning and enhance people capabilities within a coaching culture.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of company retention strategies alongside total remuneration systems to promote employee satisfaction.
  • Consult with Country Head and Functional Heads on organisational, leadership, and people matters to ensure harmonious workplace relationships.
  • Champion performance management systems that encourage continuous improvement and recognise achievements throughout the organisation.
  • Work closely with Group Human Resource teams to embed corporate culture and values while mentoring direct reports at both manager and executive levels.

What you bring:

  • Experience managing HR functions at both corporate headquarters and plant locations within the FMCG sector is highly desirable for this position.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience leading subordinates in an HR capacity demonstrates your commitment to nurturing talent through supportive leadership.
  • Excellent command of English enables you to communicate effectively across diverse teams and international stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach ensures you are responsive to daily operational needs while maintaining focus on long-term strategic goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple parties as stakeholders reflects your collaborative mindset and skill in building consensus among different groups.
  • Thai nationality is required for this role due to local regulatory requirements.
