HR Manager (Rayong)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / HR Specialist to take ownership of all HR operations currently overseen by the Managing Director. This role will ensure full compliance with Thai Labor Law, strengthen HR governance, and establish a robust workforce plan that supports upcoming organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities :

- HR Operations & Compliance

Manage and administer HR systems, policies, and procedures in full alignment with Thai Labor Law.
Oversee updates and implementation of HR policies to reflect regulatory changes and organizational needs.
Ensure proper recordkeeping, documentation, and statutory compliance.

- Performance Management & Employee Relations

Operate and continuously improve the company’s performance appraisal system.
Serve as the primary contact for employee relations (ER) matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Provide advisory support to management on HR best practices and people matters.

- Payroll Supervision

Supervise the payroll function to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinate with finance and relevant stakeholders on salary processes, benefits administration, and labor cost control.

4. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
Lead manpower planning initiatives, especially those aligned with the transition to a two-shift system.
Forecast labor requirements, manage headcount, and plan labor-hour allocation to support future operational model changes.


Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in HR generalist or HR management roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, operations-heavy industries, or shift-based environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and build structured HR foundations from existing combined responsibilities.
- Thai Nationality
- Good command in English /Japanese


This position is critical to preparing the organization for future operational expansion. By stepping into responsibilities previously held by the Japanese Managing Director, the HR Specialist will ensure the company has strong HR governance, effective manpower pipelines, and readiness for a major operational shift soon.
