Regional HRBP Manager
An exceptional opportunity awaits for a Regional RBP Manager to join a forward-thinking Thai rganisation. This role offers you the chance to work closely with each countries as regional role, mainly support Country Manager/GM to solve issues and align the business goal.
What you'll do:

- Serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership to support organization planning and ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Lead and execute core HR processes including Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Succession Planning across assigned regions.
- Provide advisory support to managers on people-related matters such as performance improvement, employee development, disciplinary cases, and building a high-performance culture.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify workforce trends, diagnose issues, and propose data-driven solutions for organizational improvement.
- Collaborate closely with corporate HR (COE teams) to roll out compensation, benefits, learning & development, and organizational development initiatives consistently across the region.
- Drive change management efforts for regional transformation projects such as restructuring, policy rollout, and system implementation.
- Build and maintain strong employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and effective resolution of employee concerns.
- Monitor regional labor law compliance and provide guidance to business leaders to mitigate legal and operational risks.
What you bring:
- At Least 5 years’ experience in Regional HRBP from multinational company or company large scale
- Come with idea, solution, initiative
- Strong end to end of HR including stakeholder management
- Good command in English
- Regional explosure is preferable
- Thai nationality is required for this position as it involves close collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.
