We are looking for a passionate and hands-on HR professional who shares our enthusiasm for healthy food, wellness, and people development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building HR foundations from the ground up, partnering directly with the owner, and driving both recruitment and employee engagement strategies.

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies designed to attract candidates who share a passion for healthy food and wellness, ensuring alignment with the company’s values.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring decisions, and onboarding for both frontline F&B/retail roles and office positions.
  • Build and enhance employer branding across social platforms and all candidate touchpoints to strengthen the company’s reputation as an inclusive workplace.
  • Create effective hiring pipelines tailored for F&B/retail frontline staff as well as support office functions to ensure timely staffing needs are met.
  • Design engaging initiatives aimed at strengthening employee satisfaction, fostering loyalty, reducing turnover rates, and promoting a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Conduct thorough onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee a pleasant employee experience from entry through exit.
  • Partner closely with the owner and management team to cultivate a strong, inclusive culture focused on wellbeing and communal growth.
  • Oversee HR administration tasks such as payroll processing, social security management, maintaining accurate employee records, and administering benefits packages.
  • Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, and other essential HR documents while ensuring proper documentation standards are upheld.
  • Set up robust HR foundations by developing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that comply with Thai Labour Law requirements.

What you bring:

  • Possess 3–5 years of proven experience in human resources management or generalist roles within the F&B, hospitality or retail industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Thai Labour Law as well as practical knowledge of HR operations including payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Show proficiency in English communication skills (spoken & written), enabling effective interaction across diverse teams.
  • Exhibit genuine passion for healthy food, wellness initiatives, and people development within an organisational context.
  • Display dependability by managing HR tasks independently from start to finish while maintaining attention to detail throughout all processes.
  • Comfortably partner directly with the owner as well as cross-functional teams to provide collaborative support for business objectives.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while remaining hands-on and proactive in addressing challenges.
  • Bring empathy and interpersonal sensitivity when designing employee engagement programmes that nurture satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain audit readiness by ensuring proper documentation standards are followed across all HR activities.
  • Contribute positively to building an inclusive workplace culture that values communal growth.
  • Thai Nationality and deeply understand Thai Law
