What you'll do:


As Human Resources Manager, you will be instrumental in laying the groundwork for all HR functions within this newly established hospital. Your daily activities will involve creating robust policies from scratch, overseeing recruitment processes that bring together diverse talents, ensuring legal compliance at every step, and managing employee relations with empathy and understanding.

  • Establish comprehensive HR policies, systems, and processes tailored to an international healthcare environment, ensuring they align with best practices and organisational values.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts by designing talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier candidates while fostering an inclusive hiring process.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Thai labour laws and regulations by regularly reviewing legal requirements and implementing necessary updates across all HR functions.
  • Oversee employee relations initiatives by developing programmes that nurture positive workplace interactions, resolve conflicts amicably, and promote trust among staff members.
  • Manage performance management frameworks by setting clear objectives, facilitating constructive feedback sessions, and supporting employees’ growth through regular evaluations.
  • Drive data-driven HR strategies by analysing workforce metrics, identifying trends, and making informed decisions that enhance organisational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, payroll administration, benefits management, and record-keeping to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
  • Support training opportunities by identifying skill gaps, organising learning sessions, and encouraging continuous development for all employees.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Champion communal values by promoting teamwork, sharing knowledge across departments, and cultivating a nurturing environment where every voice is heard.


What you bring:

  • A minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in human resources management with a strong generalist background covering all core HR functions.
  • Solid knowledge of Thai labour law demonstrated through previous roles involving compliance oversight within local or international organisations.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and HR setup including designing talent acquisition strategies from inception to execution.
  • A data-driven mindset complemented by advanced analytical skills enabling you to interpret workforce metrics for strategic decision-making.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments with a proactive approach towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills allowing you to build trustful relationships across all levels of the organisation while maintaining sensitivity towards diverse backgrounds.
  • Dependable nature reflected in your commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes consistently under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing employee relations programmes that foster collaboration, empathy, and communal harmony within multicultural teams.
  • Ability to coordinate training opportunities by identifying development needs and facilitating learning sessions for staff at various career stages.
  • Local residency in Phuket or willingness to relocate preferred for seamless integration into the community.
