What you'll do:
As Talent Acquisition Manager Southeast Asia, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of recruitment across multiple countries in the region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements accurately while leveraging your expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates through various channels. You will conduct thorough screening interviews to ensure only the most suitable candidates progress through the process. By coordinating structured interview panels and supporting assessment activities where necessary, you will help maintain high standards of objectivity and fairness. Your ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively will be crucial as you provide regular updates on progress and market trends. Additionally, you will play an instrumental role in on boarding new hires smoothly by partnering with cross-functional teams. - Manage the entire recruitment life cycle across Southeast Asia, from initial role briefing through to offer closure and on boarding, ensuring all processes align with business timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Support hiring for a variety of functions including corporate, operations, counselling, sales, and support roles—handling both volume and niche mandates as required by business needs.
- Conduct detailed intake sessions with hiring managers to understand business context, capability expectations, and success criteria for each vacancy.
- Refine role requirements based on market intelligence and talent availability, proactively planning pipelines for recurring or critical positions.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking events, direct sourcing methods, and passive outreach to build robust talent pools.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit in terms of motivation, communication skills, and alignment with organisational culture.
- Present well-assessed shortlists for leadership and niche roles with clear rationale regarding strengths, risks, and recommendations.
- Coordinate structured interview processes end-to-end—including competency-based interviews—and support or administer relevant assessments as needed.
- Partner with HR, Operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires while driving pre-joining engagement initiatives.
- Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders by providing regular updates on hiring progress, sharing market insights, identifying risks early on, and recommending solutions.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (mandatory), with postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or Psychology considered advantageous.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes—preferably with regional or multi-country exposure within Southeast Asia.
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) combined with excellent verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
