Your ability to communicate clearly—even when discussing complex topics—ensures stakeholders always feel informed and involved. Above all else, your dedication to supporting others’ growth makes you a trusted advisor throughout the organisation.
- A minimum of ten years’ progressive experience in human resources leadership roles within multinational organisations or fast-growing companies.
- Proven track record in managing both HR management (HRM) and HR development (HRD) functions at a regional or global level.
- Demonstrated expertise in organisational design, particularly in supporting international expansion or post-merger integration activities.
- Deep understanding of employment legislation across Southeast Asian countries combined with the ability to adapt global best practices locally.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and foster a sense of unity within distributed teams.
