A leading multinational manufacturing organisation is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Rayong. This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with business unit leaders and line managers, ensuring that all HR processes are seamlessly integrated into the manufacturing environment.

What you'll do:


As a Human Resources Business Partner for Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in connecting people strategy with business outcomes. Your daily activities will involve partnering closely with leaders across various departments to ensure that workforce planning is robust, recruitment processes are efficient, compensation packages are competitive, and training programmes are impactful. You will be responsible for preparing detailed reports on manpower planning, facilitating payroll accuracy, supporting performance management systems, and collaborating with multiple HR teams to guarantee seamless operations. Success in this role requires you to be proactive in consulting with line managers, attentive in monitoring employee development initiatives, and committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be essential as you help drive organisational growth through compassionate HR practices.

  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and line managers to understand and execute human resources functions specific to manufacturing, including manpower planning, monthly headcount tracking, recruitment processes, status reporting, compensation and benefits for new hires, as well as training and development initiatives.
  • Consult with line managers in manufacturing to provide thoughtful HR guidance when appropriate, attending meetings and development programmes with respective business units such as sales meetings and sales trainings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information is provided for monthly payroll of all employees under the manufacturing division to senior management.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on workforce and manpower planning for manufacturing business units, sharing insights with managing directors, business unit line managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with recruitment, compensation & benefits, HR development/organisational development, and HR administration teams to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations for the manufacturing business unit.
  • Develop and monitor effective performance management systems including mid-year and annual appraisals that link directly with compensation for manufacturing employees.
  • Support the implementation of training programmes that foster skill development and knowledge sharing across the manufacturing teams.
  • Contribute to maintaining an inclusive workplace culture by promoting collaboration between departments and encouraging open communication among staff.
  • Assist in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives to drive productivity and employee satisfaction within the manufacturing environment.
  • Participate actively in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and employee wellbeing.


What you bring:


Your extensive background as a Human Resources Business Partner equips you with deep understanding of how people strategies drive success within manufacturing settings. You bring proven experience managing complex HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment coordination, compensation analysis, training programme facilitation, and performance appraisal systems.

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources roles within the manufacturing sector is required for this position.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing is essential for liaising across international teams.
  • Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm for supporting colleagues through collaborative problem-solving approaches is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills enabling you to interpret data accurately for workforce planning, payroll processing, and performance management reporting.
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end HR processes from recruitment through onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, training delivery, and appraisal systems.
  • Experience working within multinational corporations or global manufacturing environments is considered advantageous due to the complexity of operations involved.
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including recruitment specialists, compensation & benefits experts, HRD/OD professionals, and administrative staff.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information during payroll processing or performance reviews.
  • Capacity for nurturing positive relationships among staff members by promoting inclusivity and open communication channels throughout the organisation.
  • Adaptability in responding to changing business needs while ensuring compliance with company policies.
