A leading hospitality group in Bangkok is seeking a Human Resources Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting and shadowing the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources. This unique opportunity is designed for those eager to expand their HR expertise across all facets of strategy, operations, and administration within a thriving organisation.

What you'll do:

  • Support the implementation of human resources strategies, plans, and reports that align with overall business objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with workforce planning initiatives by maintaining accurate manpower documentation and contributing to organisational development projects.
  • Facilitate performance management processes by coordinating review cycles, tracking HR key performance indicators, and providing coaching support for line managers and staff.
  • Participate in end-to-end recruitment activities including agency coordination, job offer preparation, onboarding processes, and ensuring a welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate training needs analysis, develop training roadmaps, liaise with external vendors, and monitor the effectiveness of learning programmes.
  • Oversee payroll administration tasks such as processing salaries accurately, managing visa and work permit procedures, and administering staff benefits efficiently.
  • Help organise employee engagement activities and programmes that foster a positive workplace culture while acting as a point of contact for staff concerns or queries.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR information systems (HRIS) and provide day-to-day support to employees regarding system usage or troubleshooting issues.
  • Prepare draft monthly HR reports covering payroll data, leave records, expense summaries, and staff cost analyses for management review.

What you bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience working within human resources—preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment—demonstrates your familiarity with essential HR processes.
  • Strong organisational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail enable you to manage complex administrative tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities allow you to build trust-based relationships across all levels of staff while communicating clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • A proactive attitude combined with eagerness to learn ensures you adapt quickly to new challenges and contribute positively to team goals.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently means you can handle competing priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications supports your capacity for reporting and documentation; prior experience with HRIS or similar systems is considered an advantage.
