A leading Food Retails in Bangkok is seeking a Human Resources Manager to play an instrumental role in shaping and delivering the people strategy across all facets of their business, including retail, production, and corporate operations. What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies that align with overall business objectives across diverse entities, including retail operations, production facilities, and corporate offices.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organisational development, succession planning, and workforce optimisation to ensure the organisation is well‑positioned for future growth.
    • Lead cultural transformation initiatives by driving values‑based behaviours and guiding change management efforts across the organisation.
    • Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment activities to attract, select, and retain high‑calibre talent at all levels, ensuring manpower planning aligns with expansion plans and operational requirements.
    • Support the appointment of key leadership roles and build strong talent pipelines through targeted leadership development and succession initiatives.
    • Design and deliver learning and development programmes that enhance workforce capabilities and promote continuous professional and career growth.
    • Foster a high‑performance culture by implementing effective goal‑setting frameworks, regular performance assessments, and structured feedback processes.
    • Establish clear career progression pathways and internal mobility frameworks that strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
    • Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures that are market‑aligned, equitable, transparent, and closely linked to performance outcomes.
    • Oversee annual salary reviews, incentive programmes, and bonus schemes, ensuring full compliance with Thai labour laws and internal governance policies.

What you bring:

  • - 7+ years’ HR leadership experience in F&B, retail, manufacturing, or multi‑unit environments.
    - Strong knowledge of Thai labour law, modern HR practices, and change management.
  • - Familiar with P&L, people cost analytic
    - Proven ability in L&D design, compensation structure development, and HR analytics.
    - Excellent stakeholder management with fluency in Thai and English; experience handling sensitive cases with legal counsel is a plus.
