Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Head on all matters related to people management, including organisational design, leadership development initiatives, and workforce planning.
  • Provide insightful data-driven recommendations that influence key business decisions while ensuring alignment with regional human resources strategies.
  • Anticipate future organisational needs by designing proactive people strategies that support evolving business priorities and foster cultural transformation.
  • Lead and nurture the People Team into a consultative HR function focused on excellence, collaboration, and shared success across departments.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations such as payroll administration, benefits management, HRIS implementation, compliance monitoring, and process optimisation through digital transformation.
  • Drive talent initiatives encompassing workforce planning, succession management, recruitment processes, performance evaluation systems, and leadership development programmes.
  • Champion the organisation’s culture and values by leading engagement programmes, internal communications efforts, and employee experience enhancements.
  • Utilise advanced people analytics to create dashboards and actionable insights aimed at improving retention rates, employee engagement levels, and organisational design effectiveness.
  • Promote accountability and continuous improvement throughout all HR practices by encouraging innovation and best practice sharing among colleagues.


Key Requirement :

  • Demonstrated experience in both corporate HR environments and HR consulting roles with proven ability to deliver results in complex settings.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing collaborative teams that achieve shared goals through mutual support.
  • Thai nationality is required due to the necessity of deep understanding of Thai employment law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven expertise as a strategic advisor to senior management with the ability to influence decision-making at executive levels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR strategy formulation including compensation structures and industry best practices relevant to Thailand.
  • Outstanding communication abilities complemented by strong influencing skills for effective stakeholder management across diverse groups.
  • Advanced analytical mindset with comfort using data-driven approaches to inform people strategies and drive organisational outcome
