What you'll do:


As Head of Human Resources and Workplace Experience you will play a central role in steering both strategic direction and day-to-day operations within the HR function. Your focus will be on developing high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship while maintaining robust partnerships with business leaders. You will oversee budgetary planning for HR activities ensuring resources are used efficiently. By regularly reviewing policies you will help embed best practices throughout the organisation. Managing external service providers will be key in delivering seamless payroll services. Compliance is paramount; you will ensure adherence to all relevant laws as well as internal governance standards. You’ll take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through exit interviews—using data-driven insights to inform management decisions. Championing employer branding efforts will allow you to promote organisational values externally while internally you’ll collaborate on welfare programmes that boost engagement. Your remit also covers office administration—ensuring facilities are managed effectively—and handling immigration matters for international staff.


* Provide strategic direction and oversight for all Human Resources and Workplace Experience activities to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
* Coach, mentor, and develop HR and Workplace Experience teams to deliver high-quality service and build strong partnerships with business leaders.
* Forecast, manage, and control budgets for HR and Workplace Experience functions, ensuring cost efficiency in line with corporate guidelines.
* Regularly review HR policies and procedures to maintain best practices, operational excellence, and drive continuous improvement across all processes.
* Manage relationships with external service providers to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll as well as other HR-related services.
* Ensure full compliance with labour laws, immigration regulations, internal policies, and Corporate Governance standards at all times.
* Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation confirmation, internal mobility, exit processes, ensuring a consistent positive experience for all staff.
* Conduct exit interviews and analyse people-related data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
* Drive employer branding initiatives by acting as a brand ambassador in the talent market to strengthen the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice.
* Coordinate with the Employee Welfare Committee to design comprehensive welfare programmes and wellbeing activities that enhance employee engagement.
* Supervise office administration operations including facilities management, office services, vendor relations to ensure a safe, efficient, employee-centric work environment.
* Manage visa applications, work permits, and related immigration processes for foreign employees ensuring compliance with local regulations.


What you bring:


Your extensive background in human resources management equips you perfectly for this Head of Human Resources and Workplace Experience role. You bring proven experience from mid-sized organisations—ideally within IT or technology sectors—where adaptability across various industries has been demonstrated. Your academic credentials underpin your practical expertise while your fluency in Thai (and English) ensures effective communication at every level. You have successfully partnered with senior stakeholders in complex environments requiring nuanced negotiation skills. Your understanding of multicultural dynamics allows you to collaborate seamlessly across international teams. Maturity in interpersonal relations sets you apart; you handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining trust throughout the organisation. Technological proficiency means you’re comfortable leveraging digital tools for enhanced HR delivery—always open to learning new systems or applying analytics for better outcomes.


* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science or related field is required for this position.
* Native Thai speaker with excellent command of English is essential; French language skills would be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
* A minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources roles is necessary; prior exposure within mid-size IT/Technology companies (200–400 staff) is preferred though candidates from diverse industries demonstrating adaptability are welcome.
* Comprehensive HR generalist background covering Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement processes as well as Labour Law knowledge is expected.
* Proven track record in partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision making while managing multiple interests within complex matrix or cross-functional environments is vital.
* Experience working within diverse multicultural international settings is important; ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures/functions is highly valued.
* Exceptional communication skills coupled with mature interpersonal abilities are required; professionalism in HR practice along with resilience when facing challenges is crucial.
* High level of integrity combined with responsibility/discretion when handling confidential information must be demonstrated consistently.
* Comfortable using HRIS systems/applicant tracking software/MS Office 365/digital collaboration tools; openness towards adopting new technologies/data analytics for supporting decisions is desirable.
