HR Manager

Our client, a global company with a multi-national culture, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to work across countries and contribute to a diverse and inclusive environment. The successful candidate will provide direction and counsel in all areas of human resources, supporting various functions across the Business Unit.

What you'll do:

• Provide direction and counsel in all areas of human resources to responsible function across Business Unit.
• Support function head to develop and implement talent acquisition, talent development, talent retention and talent engagement programs.
• Manage all employee engagement aspects and activities to improve employee satisfaction.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team and support managers on recruitment activities.
• Recommend and implement policies, processes, practices and procedures.
• Analyze and partner with HR Solution Delivery team to deliver training and development.
• Lead change management and culture development by taking proactive role in assessment process and provide direction for planning and development of action plans.
• Lead Engagement Program to align with Regional.
• ER - Investigate.
