Our client is seeking the Human Resources Manager based in Bangkok, The HR Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all human resources functions, both strategic and operational. This role plays a key part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring effective people management, legal compliance, and a strong organizational culture. The position works closely with the General Manager and provides strategic HR guidance to management and line leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • - Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and manpower optimization.
  • - Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
  • - Act as a strategic HR advisor to the General Manager and leadership team.
  • - Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and strengthen employer branding.
  • - Ensure effective onboarding and probation evaluation processes.
  • - Design and manage performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals).
  • - Ensure fair and consistent performance evaluation with line managers.
  • - Manage compensation structures, salary reviews, and incentive programs.
  • - Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • - Lead training needs analysis and annual learning & development plans.
  • - Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • - Manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • - Oversee HR operations including payroll, HR systems, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Requirement :

  • At least 8–10 years of comprehensive HR experience, including managerial-level responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

  • Thai Nationality
