HR Manager (Trading)
Our client is seeking HR Manager, lead HR operations for all Thailand entities, covering HR strategy, talent acquisition, payroll & benefits, performance management, and business partnering. Ensure compliance, drive HR excellence, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance: Manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure legal compliance, maintain HRIS data integrity.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and agency coordination.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as main HR contact, resolve issues, drive engagement initiatives.
- Performance & Talent Management: Manage appraisal cycles, training, and succession planning.
- Policy, Benefits & Governance: Implement group policies, review local benefits, lead HR reporting and analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with country leads and Group HR on initiatives and projects.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll vendor, standardize benefits, manage bonuses and allowances.
Key Requirement :
- At least 8 years of HR experiences in MNC / global company sizing 100 ppl.++
- Thai Nationality
- Understand Thai Labour Law
- Hands-on, data analytical, people skill
- Good command in English
- Able to visit 2 entities in Bangkok
