Senior HR Manager

As Senior Human Resources Manager based in Bangkok, you will play an essential role in driving the organisation’s people strategy forward. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with both your HR team and senior leaders to create an environment where employees feel supported and motivated. You will be responsible for designing robust compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to meet evolving workforce needs while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and guide the HR team to ensure harmonious collaboration, effective communication, and shared responsibility for achieving departmental goals.
  • Work closely with the management team to align HR strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring that people initiatives support organisational growth.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programmes that are competitive, fair, and responsive to employee needs.
  • Develop recruitment strategies that attract diverse talent pools while promoting an inclusive hiring process that supports under-represented groups.
  • Review payroll processes regularly to ensure accuracy, compliance with local labour laws, and timely delivery of employee compensation.
  • Utilise strong data analysis skills to interpret workforce metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Champion good team management practices by nurturing a positive workplace culture built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect.
  • Support the development of policies that foster employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention across all levels of the organisation.

What you bring:

  • Thai nationality is required due to local labour law compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field provides a solid foundation for this position.
  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources with 5 years spent in a leadership capacity demonstrates your ability to guide teams effectively.
  • Experience working within fast-growth environments is highly desirable as it shows adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong understanding of people cost management including budgeting processes and P&L impact ensures sound financial stewardship.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution within lean organisations highlights your versatility.
  • Excellent communication skills enable you to connect empathetically with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Stakeholder management expertise allows you to build trusting relationships across departments.
  • Problem-solving skills help you address challenges thoughtfully while maintaining harmony within teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is considered an advantage for optimising HR operations.
