A leading organisation in the fast-moving food manufacturing sector is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join their Bangkok team. This role offers you the opportunity to act as a strategic advisor to business unit heads, focusing on diagnosing organisational challenges and co-creating impactful solutions for talent and capability development.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR matters within the assigned business unit, providing thoughtful insights and tailored solutions for people-related challenges.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions with business unit leadership teams to identify root causes of issues and design actionable interventions that enhance team effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Centres of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations to ensure the needs of the business unit are prioritised and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Advise business unit heads on organisational design initiatives, workforce planning strategies, and change management processes that align with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor key people metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement levels, and productivity indicators; recommend targeted interventions based on data-driven analysis.
  • Act as a coach and trusted sounding board for business unit leaders, supporting them in developing leadership capabilities and fostering positive team dynamics.
  • Champion inclusive practices that promote a sense of belonging among employees from diverse backgrounds within the organisation.
  • Support the implementation of training programmes designed to build capability across all levels of the business unit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR operations.

What you bring:

  • - Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • - 7+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to business partnering; FMCG experience highly preferred.
  • - Experiences of doing workforce analysis
  • - Proven ability to diagnose issues and design solutions collaboratively
  • - Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • - Fluency in Thai and English
    - Thai Nationality , understand deeply Thai Law
