What you'll do:

• Oversee all aspects of human resources operations including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, payroll management, training programmes, welfare initiatives, and employee relations to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
• Ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and practices are fully compliant with Thai labour law as well as aligned with global group standards to maintain legal integrity and consistency across the organisation.
• Implement global HR initiatives at the local level by adapting them to meet specific business objectives while respecting cultural nuances and operational requirements.
• Supervise payroll processing for accuracy, manage statutory contributions, oversee benefits administration, and coordinate insurance renewals to guarantee timely and precise delivery of employee entitlements.
• Lead recruitment efforts and workforce planning activities that support factory expansion goals while upholding high standards of operational quality and employee experience.
• Provide expert guidance to line managers on performance management systems, employee relations matters, and staff development strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles, promotion processes, and individual development plans to ensure fair recognition of achievements and clear pathways for career advancement.
• Chair the Welfare Committee and coordinate corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities such as the Little Hope' programme to strengthen community engagement and employee morale.
• Mentor, supervise, and develop members of the HR team so they consistently deliver professional services that reflect best practice standards in human resources management.
• Oversee administrative functions within the company to ensure efficient support for all departments and smooth internal operations.
