HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER Salary: Competitive and based on experience Location: Rayong An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading international educational institution in Rayong. you will play a pivotal part in shaping the employee experience from recruitment through to offboarding, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported.

- Work directly with school leadership to manage the full employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, retention strategies, and offboarding processes.
- Be at the heart of a supportive and inclusive community that values collaboration, continuous learning, and the wellbeing of its staff members.

- Responsible for work permit and Visa applications, renewals and cancellations. (e.g. visa application, shipping and temporary accommodation) to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
- Set up protocols for managers to follow and complete induction procedures and checklists so new employees are provided with a thorough and timely introduction to the school and the workplace.
- Collaborate with campus leadership to identify staffing needs and agree on recruitment strategies that align with organisational goals while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Advertise vacancies on appropriate platforms, guide hiring managers through each stage of recruitment
- Manage payroll, act as the primary contact for employee insurance benefits, and assist with plan renewals in partnership with the central HR team.
- Lead performance management processes by coordinating annual appraisals, analysing training needs, recommending development programmes, and maintaining accurate records of staff progress.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Thailand’s employment legislation; deliver targeted training to school leaders on compliance issues and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
- Represent HR in internal committees such as Health & Safety or community initiatives; manage leave databases; produce regular HR reports; review feedback from parents, employees, and students; contribute to ongoing policy development.


What you bring:

- At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner equips you with practical insights into managing complex people-related matters within diverse organisations.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills enable you to communicate effectively across multi-cultural teams and provide clear guidance on policies or procedures.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Performance Management Systems
- Expertise in rewards management—including budgeting and payroll—allows you to oversee compensation processes confidently while supporting fair remuneration practices.
- Strong analytical abilities help you interpret workforce data accurately so you can make informed recommendations regarding staffing or training needs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Thai labour laws enables you to advise school leaders on compliance issues while minimising organisational risk.
- Experience leading small HR teams is advantageous as it demonstrates your capacity for collaborative supervision within dynamic environments.
- A friendly approach combined with a business partnering mindset fosters positive relationships between HR and other departments throughout the school community.
- A positive attitude towards working in multi-cultural settings ensures that you contribute constructively to an inclusive workplace culture.
