What you'll do:


As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around building strong relationships with both local leaders and regional HR specialists. You will be instrumental in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans that support organisational growth while nurturing an inclusive culture. Your expertise will help guide the implementation of talent management programmes, succession planning initiatives, and ongoing improvements in people practices. By facilitating collaboration between various teams, you will ensure that everyone is moving together towards shared goals. Your ability to communicate effectively across cultures will be essential in creating an environment where employees feel connected, supported, and motivated to achieve their best.


* Collaborate extensively with regional teams specialising in learning and development, rewards, and other HR projects to ensure seamless integration of best practices across locations.
* Support the local management team by providing expert guidance on organisational structure and people development strategies that foster a nurturing environment.
* Act as an individual contributor while partnering with people operations and centres of excellence to maintain alignment with shared goals and values.
* Lead the execution of regional HR projects at the local level, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and initiating positive changes.
* Implement robust talent management frameworks and succession planning processes that support long-term organisational sustainability.
* Ensure all HR activities are aligned with both local needs and regional directives, promoting consistency and cohesion throughout the business.
* Facilitate open communication channels between diverse teams to enhance understanding and collaboration across cultures.
* Champion initiatives that promote an inclusive workplace culture where every employee feels valued and supported.
* Monitor progress on key HR metrics, providing regular feedback to leadership on areas for further development.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all matters related to people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
