What you'll do:
As Head of Human Resources of this new Start Up Financial Service company is to be able to set up HR to align with business's plan. Being both strategic and hands on are crucial to support business with solid plan and smoothen operations. Starting as Individual Contributor, this person will have to be able to cope with activities from designing compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employer branding, HR systems and ensuring accuracy of payroll. In addition, this role will get to work with partners and founders to understand business direction, building company's culture & value, ensure employee satisfaction, leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
- set up HR to align with business's plan including HR foundations such as rules & regulations, employee's benefits, HR systems and any employee well being related.
- designing compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, employer branding, HR systems and ensuring accuracy of payroll.
- Create and manage competitive compensation and benefits programmes that attract, retain, and reward talented individuals across all levels of the organisation.
- Lead recruitment initiatives by collaborating with management team to identify staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Establish onboarding processes that foster connection, engagement, and long-term commitment among new team members.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters based on company's policies, labor law or HR practice
- Promote open communication channels between employees and management to ensure feedback is heard, valued, and acted upon.
What you bring:
Your background as Head of Human Resources will demonstrate ability to deal with multi tasking to run compact business with strategy and smooth operation. Your knowledge in labor law, HR policy and process will be valueable to the organization when setting HR foundation. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build trust across teams. Experience in designing compensation benefits ensures you know how to reward talent fairly. Your experience in HR will help set the career growth and rewards for employee's career through performance management system and compensation and benefits
- Experience in setting up or running full cyle of HR in listed company or financial service company will be advantage
- Demonstrated ability to design regulations that comply with local labour laws while supporting a positive workplace culture.
- Expertise in creating competitive compensation benefits programmes tailored to attract and retain top talent across multiple functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to provide logical guidance on employee relations matters with tactful resolution approaches.
- Excellent communication skills facilitating open dialogue between employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Able to be multi-tasking and deal with stakeholders at all levels
