People Partner (F&B)

The People Partner will provide a broad range of HR support to advance the strategic goals and objectives of the business. The role will be responsible for implementing the day-to-day Human Resources functions including, but not limited to, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, diversity, performance management, payroll, benefits management, and compliance management. This role reports to the General Manager and Global People Director. It

Act as a business partner by working closely with local leaders to drive more efficient and effective HR practices. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping a positive employee experience through daily interactions. You will be responsible for enhancing that experience by preserving the sense of magic and excitement—from the moment of application, throughout the first year of employment, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment: Develop and enforce recruitment policies; implement innovative sourcing strategies; maintain talent pipelines and backup databases.
  • Onboarding: Design and monitor induction plans to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • HR Governance: Uphold company mission, vision, and code of conduct; ensure compliance with manpower budgets and labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Drive proactive HR practices covering compensation, policies, and regulatory compliance; manage early-stage employee relations issues.
  • Process & Compliance: Standardize and document HR processes; conduct periodic audits; safeguard confidential employee and company data.
  • Performance & Retention: Review attrition trends quarterly, recommend retention strategies; oversee payroll accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Training & Development: Implement and monitor training plans; maintain training records; mentor employees and support career progression and succession planning.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a positive work environment; address cultural issues; ensure health, safety, and employee engagement through focus groups and feedback.
Key Requirement :
Thai Nationality due to need to deeply understand Thai Labour Law
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist with a strong track record in core HR functions.
  • Hands-on expertise in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation, regulatory compliance, and payroll processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment effectively.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Effective team management and leadership skills to foster collaboration and performance.
