An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Manager specialising in Organisational Development and Compensation and Benefits to join a well-established retail organisation based in Nonthaburi. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about transforming traditional HR functions into modern, data-driven practices that truly support business growth and employee satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the transformation of existing human resources management and development processes by introducing modern best practices tailored to the needs of a large retail organisation.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive performance management system that effectively evaluates key performance indicators across all departments.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of current compensation and benefits structures to identify opportunities for improvement that will help retain top talent within the company.
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies including succession planning to ensure long-term organisational success and employee growth.
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders from different backgrounds, building consensus around new HR initiatives through clear communication supported by relevant data.
