HR Manager (Northern area)
The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function and serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing leadership team. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational capability, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and HR Business Partnering. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to deliver impactful HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership
- Lead and develop a team of 3 HR professionals to achieve functional excellence.
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to manufacturing operations, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Design and implement competitive C&B strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain salary structures and pay scales to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Revamp benefits programs to improve employee engagement and retention.

Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for both manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and positive candidate experience.

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for decision-making
Key Requirements

- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing environment.

- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits strategy.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Able to work every other Saturday
- Thai Nationality
