HR Manager (Northern area)

The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function and serve as a strategic partner to the manufacturing leadership team. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational capability, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and HR Business Partnering. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to deliver impactful HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership

    • Lead and develop a team of 3 HR professionals to achieve functional excellence.
    • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to manufacturing operations, providing guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    • Design and implement competitive C&B strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Establish and maintain salary structures and pay scales to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
    • Revamp benefits programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition

    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for both manufacturing and corporate roles.
    • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and positive candidate experience.
  • Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.
    • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting for decision-making

Key Requirements

    • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits strategy.
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
    • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
    • Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
    • Able to work every other Saturday
    • Thai Nationality
