This is an exceptional opportunity for you to make a significant impact by shaping the future of people management within a stable, longstanding, and publicly listed company. As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with executive leadership, guiding strategic HR initiatives, and fostering an environment where employees thrive. The organisation offers a supportive culture that values collaboration, professional development, and long-term career progression. If you are passionate about nurturing talent and building robust HR frameworks that empower teams, this position provides the perfect platform for your expertise.

* Play a key role in uplifting the HR foundation to support ongoing business expansion and transformation within a renowned entertainment industry leader.
* Enjoy the benefits of working for a stable, publicly listed company with a strong reputation for employee development and internal growth opportunities.
* Collaborate directly with senior executives to influence people management strategies, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal compliance while driving positive change across the organisation.

What you'll do:

As Vice President of Human Resources, you will be entrusted with steering the strategic direction of people management across the entire organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with executive leaders to shape policies that nurture talent and support business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in talent development and organisational effectiveness, you will help create an environment where individuals flourish and contribute meaningfully to shared goals.

* Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer as a trusted business partner, providing expert guidance on all aspects of people management and organisational development.
* Lead, mentor, and monitor the HR team to ensure seamless execution of the full cycle of human resources operations, from recruitment through to offboarding.
* Initiate and implement comprehensive HR strategies focused on talent management, succession planning, compensation frameworks, and learning & development programmes.
* Advise senior management on effective people management approaches using data-driven insights, industry best practices, and up-to-date labour law knowledge.
* Analyse workforce data to identify key issues affecting employee engagement and performance, developing actionable solutions that address these challenges.
* Drive continuous improvement in HR processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
* Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives that foster an equitable workplace culture where every team member feels valued and supported.
* Oversee compliance with employment regulations and company policies to mitigate risk and uphold ethical standards throughout the organisation.
* Facilitate training opportunities for staff at all levels to promote professional growth and build future leadership capabilities within the business.

What you bring:

You bring deep experience in developing holistic HR frameworks that drive both individual growth and organisational success. Your interpersonal skills allow you to build meaningful relationships across departments while advocating for employee wellbeing. With your analytical mindset, you can interpret data trends quickly—enabling you to anticipate challenges before they arise. Your commitment to continuous learning ensures you stay ahead of industry developments while remaining sensitive to the needs of under-represented groups. Above all else, your dedication to fostering collaborative environments makes you an invaluable asset in supporting both current staff members and future leaders.

* Demonstrated expertise as an HR Generalist with comprehensive knowledge spanning recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and succession planning.
* Exceptional communication skills that enable you to connect effectively with colleagues at all levels while fostering trust and understanding across diverse teams.
* Advanced critical thinking abilities combined with strong analytical skills for interpreting complex workforce data and translating insights into practical solutions.
* Proven leadership experience in managing HR teams within large organisations or fast-growing industries, inspiring others through supportive guidance.
* Extensive background in business partnering with senior management stakeholders to align human resources strategies with overall corporate objectives.
* In-depth understanding of local labour laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the entertainment sector in Thailand.
* Track record of advising executive teams on best practice approaches for people management based on evidence-based methodologies.
* Commitment to promoting inclusive workplace cultures through diversity initiatives and collaborative problem-solving.
