This pivotal role offers you the opportunity to shape HR operations, learning and development programmes, and employee engagement initiatives that directly support high-performing consulting teams.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and optimize core HR functions including onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and consulting team needs.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Design and implement learning programs that support career development and consulting competencies.
  • Manage training budgets and assess the impact of development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through communication, recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Utilize employee feedback to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Potential to lead organizational development initiatives supporting growth and transformation.

What you bring:

- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Strong educational background in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and balance business and employee needs.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, including learning & development, employee engagement, and Thai labor laws.
- Leadership and analytical skills to drive initiatives, assess training needs, and support organizational change.
- Thai Nationality
