What you'll do:

As Chief People Officer, you will be entrusted with steering the full spectrum of human resources strategy for both manufacturing and commercial teams operating locally in Thailand as well as overseas. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close partnership with executive leadership to ensure that HR initiatives are fully aligned with broader business goals. You will lead diverse teams through periods of growth or transformation by providing guidance rooted in data analysis while also nurturing a collaborative workplace culture. Success in this position requires not only operational expertise but also the ability to inspire others towards shared objectives—whether it’s enhancing existing processes or launching new programmes aimed at talent development or employee engagement. Your influence will extend beyond traditional HR boundaries as you help shape an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation’s short- and long-term business objectives across Thailand and international markets.
  • Provide expert advice to senior leaders by leveraging data-driven insights and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions that propel the business forward.
  • Lead, mentor, and support HR and Administration teams serving both manufacturing and commercial divisions, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a culture of engagement throughout all locations.
  • Continuously review, improve, and modernise HR processes, policies, systems, and technologies to ensure they effectively support evolving business requirements.
  • Act as an integral member of the management team by addressing people-related matters proactively and guiding major people projects such as talent management initiatives, succession planning programmes, culture enhancement efforts, and employee engagement activities.
  • Champion organisational change by promoting agile practices and nurturing an environment receptive to transformation within both established manufacturing settings and dynamic commercial teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between HR functions and other departments to ensure cohesive implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends in human resources management to recommend best practices that keep the organisation ahead in talent attraction, retention, and development.

What you bring:

To excel as Chief People Officer, you will bring substantial experience gained from senior human resources roles within the FMCG industry—ideally overseeing both manufacturing plants and commercial offices.   • Demonstrated track record as a supportive leader who acts as a catalyst for positive change while remaining approachable to colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale teams encompassing both HR professionals and administrative staff across multiple sites or regions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of change management methodologies coupled with hands-on experience implementing agile culture transformations within complex organisations.
  • A history of successfully advising senior executives using data-driven insights to guide critical business decisions related to people strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills marked by empathy, dependability, sensitivity to others’ needs, and an inclusive approach that encourages open communication among team members.
  • Experience designing or refining HR processes—including policy development, system upgrades, or technology adoption—to better serve evolving organisational needs.
