Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join their team in Chacheongsao. The opportunity to shape the company culture, oversee workforce planning, manage talent acquisition, and handle compensation & benefits. Reporting directly to the General Manager Thailand and dotted to the Regional HR Director.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager in the food industry, your role will be pivotal in shaping the company's future. You will be entrusted with developing local HR policies while implementing group and regional processes. Your strategic thinking will guide headcount strategy, career development plans, succession planning, and compensation decisions. You will also take charge of recruitment methods selection while participating in interviews. Your role extends to maintaining accurate HR data on systems while preparing the annual HR department budget. Furthermore, you will lead the global onboarding process while coordinating local orientation for new hires. Your leadership skills will shine as you lead training needs analysis, prepare yearly training plans, manage the training budget while coordinating the annual talent management process.

  • Develop and implement local HR policies, procedures, and instructions.
  • Implement Group and Regional HR processes and communicate with employees.
  • Plan headcount strategy, career development, succession planning, and compensation.
  • Decide on recruitment methods, participate in interviews, and select candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR data on relevant systems.
  • Prepare and monitor annual HR department budget.
  • Implement global onboarding and coordinate local orientation for new employees.
  • Lead training needs analysis, prepare yearly training plans, and manage training budget.
  • Coordinate annual talent management process and coach managers.
  • Monitor employee engagement, identify improvement areas, and implement actions.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in HR management preferably in a leadership role in Manufacturing sizing 100 ppl.++
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, performance management.
  • Excellent leadership skills coupled with strong communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinking ability with a knack for translating business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Good command of MS Office applications; SAP HR or Success Factors experience in terms of HRIS management.
