Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Assistant Manager to join their team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will have the chance to shape HR policies, oversee performance reviews, revamp recruitment strategy and provide actionable insights for employee development.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. Your primary responsibility will be implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS) while also driving significant improvements in the recruitment process. You will develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly for high-volume operational roles. Additionally, you will manage various aspects of the recruitment process including onboarding, manpower planning, budgeting, probationary periods, documentation, and more. Your role will also involve building employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to team leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Shape and refine HR policies to align with the company's goals and values.
  • Oversee the performance review process and provide actionable insights for employee development.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage and oversee recruitment processes such as Onboarding, Recruitment Process, Manpower Planning, Recruitment Budget, Probation, documentary and other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, job portals, and personal networks to source candidates.
  • Build and implement Employer Branding strategies to position as an employer of choice.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment metrics, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
