Our client is a well-established manufacturing and trading business, looking to expand their operations into China. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead this exciting venture. This role offers the unique opportunity to be the first HR professional setting up the company in China, handling everything from registration processes, office setup, to initial group recruitment.

What you'll do:

As an HR Manager for our client's international business in China, you will play a pivotal role in their expansion. You will lead the registration process, oversee the setup of the new office, and manage the recruitment of the first group of employees. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with local employment laws and regulations. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders will also be a significant part of your role.
