Senior HR Manager (FMCG)
Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to implement and drive HR strategies, manage multiple stakeholders, and build a strong company culture. What you'll do:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and driving the HR strategic intent that supports our client's business strategy. You will be responsible for leading the HR function to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as Thai labour law. Your leadership skills will be crucial in promoting a high-performance coaching culture within the company. You will also consult, guide, and counsel the Country Head and Functional Heads on various organisational matters.
- Build and drive HR strategic intent to support business strategy in terms of human capabilities.
- Drive growth through innovation in human capital management, including organisation design, talent management, staffing, leadership and organisation development.
- Define, lead, and implement the HR strategy, vision, priorities, objectives, and activities.
- Develop and define HR business plan, budget, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Lead HR function to ensure compliance with corporate policies as well as Thai labour law.
- Provide leadership and guidance to promote a high-performance coaching culture.
- Consult, guide, and counsel Country Head and Functional Heads on organisational, leadership, and people issues.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior HR Manager position brings extensive experience from a similar role in manufacturing. Your strong leadership skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple stakeholders both locally and at group level. Your expertise in HR strategy, organisation development, and talent management will be key to your success in this role. Being based in Thailand, Thai nationality is required.
- Proven experience as a Plant HR Manager in manufacturing sizing 500 people or more.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Expertise in HR Strategic skill , organisation development, talent management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both local and Group.
- Thai nationality due to based in Thailand.
