HR Manager (Automotive)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the HR function within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, payroll management, visa and work permit support, HR policy development, employee engagement, and HR team management.

What you'll do:

As an HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the human resources landscape of the organisation. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing all aspects of the HR department. From overseeing the recruitment process to ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will also play a key role in developing training programs that enhance employee skills while fostering career development. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial and field positions
• Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
• Oversee robust performance management and appraisal systems
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
• Plan and manage company compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, employment rules, and labor contracts
• Manage payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and benefits administration
• Assist expatriates and their families with visa and work permit issuance and extensions
• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives
• Monitor staff morale and motivation, implementing initiatives to improve employee satisfaction

What you bring:

As an ideal candidate for the HR Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience from your previous roles in human resources. Your strong academic background in Human Resources or Business Administration sets you apart as a knowledgeable professional. With at least five years of experience under your belt, preferably in an international setting, you are well-versed in handling various HR functions. Your deep understanding of Thai labor laws ensures that our operations remain compliant at all times. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international setting
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
