Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:
As an HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the human resources landscape of the organisation. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing all aspects of the HR department. From overseeing the recruitment process to ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, your role will be diverse and challenging. You will also play a key role in developing training programs that enhance employee skills while fostering career development. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial and field positions
- Maintain a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts
- Oversee robust performance management and appraisal systems

- Plan and manage company compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, employment rules, and labor contracts

What you bring:
As an ideal candidate for the HR Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience from your previous roles in human resources. Your strong academic background in Human Resources or Business Administration sets you apart as a knowledgeable professional. With at least five years of experience under your belt, preferably in an international setting, you are well-versed in handling various HR functions. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
