What you'll do:

As a Plant Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, addressing any demands, grievances or other issues that may arise. Your role will also involve managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development of human capital. You will nurture a positive working environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.
