Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Chonburi. This role offers the opportunity to work within an international company, collaborating with regional Centres of Excellence (COE) and the plant Head of HR supply chain. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be instrumental in supporting stakeholders throughout the full HR cycle. You will collaborate with Centres of Excellence both domestically and internationally to deliver effective solutions. Your expertise in labour law, HR best practices, market knowledge, and skill development will be invaluable as you share your knowledge with the team. Furthermore, you will work closely with people managers, equipping them with the necessary information and training for effective people management.
* Support stakeholders in operation for full loop HR cycle
* Work with COEs in country and overseas to provide solutions to stakeholders
* Share knowledge or practice regarding labour law, HR best practice and market knowledge, skill development etc.
* Work closely with people managers to prepare them with information and train them for people management
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner role brings strong experience from an international company and has a background in HR within manufacturing. You have demonstrated success in talent management and succession planning. Your ability to work in the Chonburi area or commute from Bangkok is essential. With strong data analytics skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations, you are prepared to make a significant impact. Fluency in English is required for this role.
