An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Plant HR Manager to lead our client's Saraburi Plant HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR and administration policies, handling employee relations, overseeing manpower plan, performance management and succession planning. They will also support health and safety initiatives and align HR strategies with business objectives.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Plant HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. You will provide invaluable guidance to Plant Management on all matters related to Human Resources. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning workforce strategies with corporate goals. You will be at the forefront of implementing the organization's employee relations strategy, managing compensation and benefits programs, and developing effective engagement strategies. Your commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion will help shape an inclusive culture within the organization. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with local government regulations and company policies. As part of your responsibilities, you will develop HR metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative functions within the manufacturing plant.

With 5-7 years under your belt, you have honed your skills in dealing with unions and have developed a sound understanding of labor law and employment practices. Your expertise in HR management processes and systems sets you apart from others. You possess excellent stakeholder and people management skills which enable you to build strong relationships and foster a positive working environment. Your initiative-taking nature, flexibility, and drive for results are key to your success in this role.
