SEA HR Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEA HR Manager to lead a variety of human resource-related programs. This role is pivotal in reaching business expansion and budget objectives, in line with Group HR strategy and policies. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the Human Resource Roadmap within established budgets and in compliance with all local relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards.

What you'll do:
As the SEA HR Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will define and implement the human resource Roadmap within established budgets while ensuring compliance with all local relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in overseeing end-to-end HR activities to ensure our organisation is recognised as a great place to work. You will promote employee development, engagement, wellbeing, and Compensation & Benefits. Additionally, you will implement company guidelines and policies on Health and Safety, as well as the CSR program.
