What you'll do:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition plans, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with department managers to understand their hiring needs. Your role will also involve monitoring HR recruiting best practices, providing analytical reports, promoting employer branding initiatives, and staying informed about changes in labor legislation.
