Our client is seeking a People Lead to join their management team and play a pivotal role in transforming their plant operations. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in an international environment, leveraging advanced technology and contributing to consumer-centric growth and operational excellence.

As a People Lead, you will be integral to our client's management team, partnering with the Senior People Lead to define and execute global and local policy initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with function leads, using your strategic insight to deliver functional priorities. You'll leverage data analytics to drive business solutions, informing People Services of any market changes. Your expertise in talent management will be crucial in workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility. You'll also manage works council relations, ensuring successful implementation of labor policies.

  • Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on policy and change initiatives
  • Collaborate with function leads on delivering functional priorities
  • Use data analytics to drive business solutions and decisions
  • Inform People Services of any local, legal, and regulatory changes
  • Lead on talent management practices within assigned business unit
  • Manage works council relations and provide HR guidance on labor policies

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this People Lead role brings a wealth of experience in Plant HR, ideally between 5-10 years. Your strong command of English will enable effective communication across all levels of the organisation. Your ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders will be key in driving strategic initiatives. We're looking for someone with a keen business acumen that can apply HR practices to enable business performance. An active curiosity about people and business performance, coupled with an insight orientation, will set you apart in this role.

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience as Plant HR
  • Strong command of English language
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders
