Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at the management level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, employee relations, and performance management systems. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team of four HR professionals and collaborate effectively with multiple Managing Directors.
What you'll do:
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated HR professionals while ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. Your expertise in payroll management will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will also play an integral role in implementing new payroll systems. Your knowledge of labour laws will guide your decision-making process when dealing with employee terminations, disciplinary actions, and policy adjustments. Your leadership skills will shine as you lead employee engagement activities and conduct public speaking engagements. Your ability to foster a service-minded approach while maintaining strong negotiation skills will be key to your success in this role.
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Senior Human Resources Manager position, you bring along proven experience in a similar role. Your hands-on experience with payroll processing and system implementation sets you apart from others. You possess strong knowledge of labour laws and employee relations, which will be crucial in this role. Your excellent leadership and team management skills will enable you to lead a team of HR professionals effectively. Your ability to lead employee activities and speak publicly will be beneficial in fostering a positive work environment. Familiarity with HROD concepts such as Talent Management, competency assessments, and job evaluations will be an added advantage. Your experience in managing performance management systems and KPIs will be key to your success in this role. You are service-minded with strong negotiation and communication skills, and you are not a traditional, rule-enforcing HR; you are adaptable and approachable.
