Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at the management level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, employee relations, and performance management systems. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team of four HR professionals and collaborate effectively with multiple Managing Directors.

What you'll do:

As the Senior Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in overseeing all aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated HR professionals while ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. Your expertise in payroll management will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will also play an integral role in implementing new payroll systems. Your knowledge of labour laws will guide your decision-making process when dealing with employee terminations, disciplinary actions, and policy adjustments. Your leadership skills will shine as you lead employee engagement activities and conduct public speaking engagements. Your ability to foster a service-minded approach while maintaining strong negotiation skills will be key to your success in this role.

  • Oversee all HR functions including HRM, recruitment, payroll, welfare, and HR operations.
  • Manage and supervise a team of 4 HR staff members.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and review.
  • Implement and manage payroll systems, including new system setups.
  • Provide guidance and support on labour law compliance, employee terminations, disciplinary actions, and policy adjustments.
  • Lead employee engagement activities such as outings and events.
  • Conduct public speaking and presentations as needed.
  • Manage performance management systems and KPIs.
  • Foster a service-minded approach and maintain strong negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR Head and report directly to them.

Familiarity with HROD concepts such as Talent Management, competency assessments, and job evaluations will be an added advantage.
