HR Manager (Automotive OEM)

Our client, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced and dependable Human Resources Manager for their OEM plant. The role involves managing a team of HR and HSE professionals, overseeing recruitment, training, payroll, and health & safety.

What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Manager at our client's OEM plant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing a dedicated team of HR and HSE professionals, ensuring that all recruitment, training, and payroll processes run smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing union relationships and navigating internal politics. Your ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across various departments will be crucial to your success in this role.

• Manage a team of 7-8 HR and HSE professionals
• Oversee all aspects of recruitment, training, and payroll
• Handle union management and navigate internal politics
• Liaise with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, finance departments
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Implement changes as directed by the President
