What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates. In addition, you will oversee employee relations, manage any grievances or disciplinary issues, ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, lead on performance management processes, develop training programmes, and manage benefits programmes.
